Cancellation and Refund

At Outgrow Club, we value our members and strive to ensure a seamless experience. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds related to our memberships, events, and other services.


1. Membership Cancellation

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written request via email to Info@outgrowclub.com or through their account dashboard.
  • Membership cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to member-only services will continue until the end of the paid period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused membership periods.


2. Event or Workshop Cancellation

  • If you are unable to attend an event or workshop, please notify us at least 7 days before the event date to request a cancellation.
  • Refunds for events will be processed as follows:

    • Full Refund: For cancellations made 15 days or before the event.
    • Partial Refund: For cancellations made 7 days before the event.
    • No Refund: For cancellations made in less than 7 days of the event.


3. Payment Issues and Refund Requests

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases of:

    • Duplicate payments.
    • Technical errors during the payment process.
    • Services not delivered as promised (subject to review).

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@outgrowclub.com within 7 days of the transaction.


4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain services or products, such as downloadable resources, Templates, Case Studies, e-books, or one-time consultancy sessions, are non-refundable.
  • This will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.


5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method(depending on your bank and financial institutions).
  • Outgrow Club is not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or financial institutions.


6. Changes to This Policy

  • Outgrow Club reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
